RealTime Production ("RealTime," "we," "us," or "our") provides live esports broadcast production, tournament management, and broadcast overlay software (collectively, the "Services") through realtimeprod.com and related applications. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

01Information we collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us:

• Contact form: when you message us through our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Careers applications: when you apply for a role, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp contact, any portfolio links you provide, and what you share with us about yourself in your application.
• Account & authentication data: if you sign in to our Broadcast Studio product, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects and manages your account credentials and session information on our behalf.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
• Cookies: we use a small number of cookies, primarily to keep you signed in. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We do not collect payment or financial information directly — any such processing would go through a third-party payment provider, which has its own privacy policy.

02How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to messages sent through our Contact form
• Review and follow up on job applications
• Provide, maintain, and secure your account and our Services
• Communicate with you about tournaments, productions, or opportunities you've engaged with
• Understand how our Services are used, so we can improve them
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

03How we share information

We share information only where necessary to run the Services:

• Service providers: we use Resend to deliver emails from our Contact and Careers forms, and Clerk to handle authentication for our Broadcast Studio product. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security and privacy obligations.
• Hosting & infrastructure: our Services are hosted with third-party infrastructure providers who may process data as part of delivering the site.
• Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of RealTime, our users, or others.
• Business transfers: if RealTime is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

04Third-party platforms

Our site links out to third-party platforms — including Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, and X — for community, tournament broadcasts, and social content. Any information you provide on those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We encourage you to review them before engaging.

05Data retention

We keep your information for as long as it's needed for the purposes described above — for example, application data is typically retained for the duration of the hiring process and a reasonable period after, and contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain a record. We'll delete or anonymize information when it's no longer needed, unless we're required to keep it longer for legal reasons.

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format
• Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent

07Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

08International data transfers

Given the nature of our tournaments and production work, your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any such transfers.

09Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, though, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
